Nathan Hans

As Managing Director, Hans oversees ALEMCO's operations across the UAE and wider Gulf region, leading multidisciplinary teams delivering mechanical, electrical and plumbing solutions for complex developments. His responsibilities extend across business strategy, project delivery and client relationships, supporting projects in sectors including hospitality, aviation, healthcare, commercial real estate, cultural developments and high-end residential construction.

Hans has guided the delivery of engineering systems for many of the region's landmark projects, where increasingly sophisticated building services have become critical to overall building performance. His experience covers technically demanding developments requiring close coordination between consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers throughout the design and construction process.

Alongside project execution, Hans has supported the continued development of ALEMCO's engineering capabilities through greater adoption of digital technologies, modern construction methods and sustainable building practices.
