Since becoming CEO in 2019, Harrison has overseen a period of sustained growth for the organisation, reinforcing Emrill’s reputation for delivering reliable, people-focused and technology-enabled facilities management solutions across the UAE’s built environment. Today, the company manages more than 265 active contracts and supports clients across a broad range of sectors, reflecting both the scale and diversity of its operations.
Under Harrison’s leadership, Emrill achieved 9% revenue growth in 2025 while securing more than 70 contract wins across residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed-use developments. The company continues to deliver total facilities management services across a portfolio of high-profile projects, maintaining long-standing partnerships with major developers, asset owners and community management organisations across the UAE.
A strong advocate for continuous improvement, Harrison believes facilities management is ultimately a people-driven industry, with operational success shaped by the wellbeing, engagement and development of the workforce delivering services every day. This approach continues to influence Emrill’s culture and ongoing investment in professional development across its workforce of more than 12,000 employees.
Training and development remain central to Harrison’s leadership approach. Through Emrill’s Centre of Excellence, the organisation delivers structured technical, safety and leadership programmes designed to support career progression and consistent service delivery across contracts. The Centre of Excellence now provides 43 CPD-accredited courses alongside BICSc-recognised training programmes, supporting employees across multiple disciplines and nationalities.
Technology and innovation also continue to play an important role in Emrill’s operations. Through its digital FM platform, Techsphere, Emrill has integrated AI-driven analytics, predictive maintenance tools and real-time operational reporting across its portfolio, improving visibility, responsiveness and service delivery across sites. The platform has now surpassed two million maintenance tasks, reflecting the scale of Emrill’s digitally enabled operations and ongoing focus on efficiency.
These investments in technology and operational performance have contributed to consistently high levels of customer satisfaction across Emrill’s managed communities, with resident satisfaction rates reaching 97.7% across selected developments and occupancy levels reaching up to 98% in some communities.
