Serpakkam has overseen multidisciplinary engineering and specialist contracting projects spanning transportation, hospitality, retail, residential and commercial developments. The group's portfolio includes the Al Faya Depot for Etihad Rail, MEP works for Yas Waterworld in Abu Dhabi and the Al Hamra Entertainment Complex in Riyadh, engineering and fit-out works for IKEA stores in Abu Dhabi and Fujairah, luxury hospitality developments within the Red Sea Global programme, residential projects including Eden House and Al Badia Terraces in Dubai, and automotive showroom developments for brands such as BYD.

Alongside project delivery, he has driven the expansion of Al-Futtaim Contracting Group's Energy & Sustainability division, supporting retrofit programmes and energy-efficiency solutions across commercial and retail assets.
