Mouhammad Takieddin joined JLL after 25 years at Procter & Gamble, where he most recently served as Vice President of Global Real Estate and Facilities, overseeing the company's offices, research and development centres, manufacturing plants, and distribution centres worldwide. That background gave him experience managing real estate as an internal corporate function, including portfolio optimisation, workplace transformation, and digital enablement, before he moved into professional services.

As CEO of Middle East and Africa, Takieddin is now responsible for JLL's regional operations, business growth, client relationships, and strategic direction across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Riyadh, his remit includes expanding the firm's capabilities in data centres, facilities management, and technology-enabled real estate services, sectors that are seeing significant demand as governments and private developers across the region invest in large-scale digital and physical infrastructure.

Saudi Arabia sits at the centre of that mandate. JLL already holds an ownership stake in Saudi Facilities Management Company, and Takieddin's role involves building on that position as demand grows for large-scale facilities management and data centre capacity tied to the Kingdom's broader development plans. His responsibilities extend across the wider region as well, covering client relationships and service delivery in markets outside Saudi Arabia.

Unlike many consulting executives, Takieddin built his career managing real estate portfolios from the client side before moving into professional services. That experience continues to influence his approach to helping organisations optimise property portfolios, workplaces, and facilities across the region, an angle shaped less by advising clients from the outside and more by having run a similar function himself.
