Real estate has long been regarded as one of the most reliable avenues for building long-term wealth, yet access to the sector has traditionally been limited by high capital requirements and complex investment processes. Rami Tabbara set out to change that. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Stake, he has helped pioneer a new generation of property investment platforms that make real estate ownership more accessible through technology, allowing individuals to invest fractionally in income-generating assets across the region.

Before launching Stake in 2020, Tabbara spent more than 16 years in Dubai's real estate industry, working with some of the region's leading developers and overseeing property sales exceeding AED 28 billion across international markets. His experience gave him a deep understanding of both the strengths of the sector and the barriers preventing many people from participating in it. Recognising the opportunity to bridge that gap, he co-founded Stake with a vision of creating a simpler, more transparent and digitally driven investment experience.

That vision has transformed Stake into one of the Middle East's leading proptech platforms. By combining fractional ownership with an intuitive digital experience, the company enables investors to build diversified property portfolios without the financial barriers traditionally associated with real estate. Stake manages every stage of the investment process, from sourcing and acquiring properties to ongoing management, allowing investors to participate in professionally managed real estate through a seamless platform.

Under Tabbara's leadership, Stake has expanded beyond the UAE into Saudi Arabia while continuing to attract a growing community of investors from around the world. The platform's rapid growth has been supported by significant institutional investment, reinforcing confidence in both the business model and the increasing role of technology in reshaping property investment across the region.

For Tabbara, innovation extends beyond technology itself. It is about creating greater transparency, improving accessibility and giving more people the opportunity to participate in an asset class that has historically been available to only a limited segment of investors. This philosophy continues to shape Stake's product development, with new digital tools and investment solutions designed to simplify decision-making while helping users build long-term wealth through real estate.

Alongside his role as an entrepreneur, Tabbara has become a recognised voice in the region's proptech sector, regularly sharing insights on digital transformation, entrepreneurship and the future of property investment. His work reflects a broader shift taking place across the industry, where technology is changing not only how real estate is transacted, but who is able to participate in it.

As property markets continue to embrace digital innovation, Rami Tabbara remains focused on expanding access to real estate investment while strengthening Stake's position as one of the region's leading proptech companies. By combining technology, transparency and investor-centric solutions, he continues to help redefine how individuals build wealth through property in the modern era.
