Since joining Cundall in 2001, French has worked across four offices in three countries before relocating to Dubai, where he now leads the firm's Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia business.

He holds the role of Partner and Managing Director for the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia region, based in Dubai, and chairs Cundall's regional management board covering Europe and MENA. In that capacity, his responsibilities span the firm's operational performance across the region.

Alongside his leadership responsibilities, French has remained active in sustainability and climate resilience, contributing to industry discussions on flood risk, urban resilience, and the role of the built environment in adapting to climate change.

Today, French oversees Cundall's operations across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia, combining operational leadership with continued involvement in sustainability and resilient infrastructure. His career reflects more than two decades with the firm, spanning engineering, project management, and regional leadership.
