Flint began his career in 1971 after training as an engineer before progressing into project management. After graduating in 1979, he moved to Africa, where he held project management, contracts management and general management positions in Zambia, Tanzania and Malawi. He later returned to the UK, taking on senior leadership roles with major contractors before embarking on a second international chapter that eventually brought him to the UAE. His professional background combines technical engineering expertise with extensive experience in operational leadership, giving him a practical understanding of every stage of the construction process. Flint holds a degree in Engineering, a master's degree in Construction Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Throughout his time at Khansaheb, Flint has overseen the delivery of projects across commercial, hospitality, residential, infrastructure and public sectors. He has worked closely with the company's executive team to strengthen its multidisciplinary capabilities, ensuring clients have access to a broad range of construction services under one organisation.
