As Chief Executive Officer of Muheel Facilities Management, Irfan leads one of Saudi Arabia’s prominent integrated facilities management organizations. Established as a joint venture between Al Muhaidib Group and Abdul Latif Jameel, two of Saudi Arabia’s most respected business groups, Muheel combines over four decades of IFM expertise with a vision centered on “Helping to Create Better Places to Work and Live.” Today, the company delivers more than 45 integrated service lines encompassing Hard services, Soft services, FM Consultancy and Energy Management across over 24 cities in Saudi Arabia, supporting sectors including healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, retail, mixed-use developments, industrial facilities, and public assets.

With more than a decade of leadership experience in the Facilities Management industry, Irfan has built a distinctive reputation for leading high-impact transformation initiatives and delivering measurable operational, commercial, and strategic outcomes across complex, large-scale FM environments. What differentiates him within the industry is his uniquely diverse cross-functional leadership experience across the entire FM value chain. He has held senior leadership roles within leading Tier-1 FM organizations, developing T-shaped expertise spanning Operations, Business Development, Bid Management, Commercial Strategy, Transitions, Supply Chain, and Financial Management.

His professional portfolio spans major EPC and FM projects across the MENASA region, including Independent Power Plants valued at over USD 800 million, a major water treatment facility, FM strategy development for a major Middle Eastern seaport, the mobilization of four international airports collectively valued at SAR 700 million, luxury hospitality operations, and the transition of more than 5,000 facilities under a national FMMA contract in Saudi Arabia. He has also overseen FM portfolios exceeding 300 facilities across multiple sectors in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Oman. Irfan has also successfully overseen prominent mergers and acquisitions within the FM sector.

Among his notable achievements, Irfan played a pivotal role in transforming Muheel into a multi-award-winning FM enterprise recognized for service excellence, innovation, operational performance, and industry leadership. The company achieved strong performance across key business and operational metrics in 2025, including double-digit revenue growth, solid financial results, high client retention, operational excellence, workforce localization milestones, and the successful acquisition of multiple flagship contracts across the Kingdom. Muheel became the GCC’s first strategic delivery partner for SFG20, and secured Corporate Membership with the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), while actively supporting Saudi talent development initiatives in collaboration with PIF through the AZM Program.

Under his leadership, Muheel strengthened its Smart FM capabilities while expanding into FM Consultancy, Sustainability, and Energy Management services, creating a more integrated and future-ready operating model. He has also spearheaded strategic technology and industry partnerships aimed at accelerating intelligent FM transformation across the organization. Through collaborations with global industry leaders, Muheel advanced knowledge transfer, localized international FM best practices, and accelerated the deployment of data-driven Smart FM solutions within KSA. To support this transformation, Irfan led a strategic partnership with MRI Software to implement next-generation CAFM and energy management platforms, enabling greater asset visibility, predictive maintenance, lifecycle optimization, and operational intelligence across Muheel’s FM portfolio. In parallel, Muheel partnered with Toolsense to accelerate workflow digitization, asset tracking, and maintenance automation through AI and IoT-enabled technologies further strengthening the company’s intelligent Smart FM ecosystem aligned with Vision 2030.

Recognizing that sustainable FM transformation depends equally on people and technology, Irfan has prioritized technical capability development and frontline workforce empowerment across the organization. As part of this vision, he led the development of the “USTAD” application, a talent development and mobility platform designed to enhance both technical and soft FM competencies while supporting continuous learning and career progression within the FM workforce. Beyond corporate leadership, Irfan is a strong advocate for positioning Facilities Management as a strategic enabler of smart cities, sustainable infrastructure, and future-ready intelligent built environments.

Through thought leadership, conference speaking engagements, panel discussions, and collaboration with industry forums and professional bodies including the International Facility Management Association, he actively promotes innovation, outcome-driven compliance, the adoption of international standards, workforce development, worker welfare, and the advancement of industry best practices - advancing a progressive, value-driven approach to FM that extends far beyond conventional service delivery models.

Recognized for his strategic vision and contribution to the industry, Irfan has received several distinguished accolades, including the FM Industry Personality of the Year – Silver Award at the SACWFM Awards 2025 and the FM Leader of the Year Award at the Construction Innovation Awards KSA 2026. He has also been invited to participate in multiple regional and international executive roundtables, contributing to strategic discussions shaping the future of FM across the region.
