Since taking on the leadership of Darwish Interserve Facility Management in 2018, Saadeh has played a central role in transforming the company into an independent, high-performing total facilities management organisation. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its presence across Qatar and the wider Gulf region, managing a major portfolio of more than 85 active projects and overseeing operations across approximately 19 million square metres of project land area.
Today, Darwish Interserve Facility Management delivers hard, soft and specialist FM services across some of Qatar’s most important and complex environments, including aviation, cultural, commercial, government, education, smart city and critical infrastructure assets. The company’s portfolio includes major clients and projects such as Msheireb Properties, Qatar Museums, Qatar University, Aspire Zone, Hamad International Airport, the Ministry of Public Education and Higher Education, the Ministry of Interior, Ahli Bank, Milaha Properties, Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, Qatar Airways and Ooredoo.
