Mohamed Saadeh is the CEO of Darwish Interserve Facility Management, one of Qatar’s leading integrated facilities management companies. With more than 25 years of experience across facilities management, property management, real estate development, business development and operational leadership, he has established himself as one of the region’s most influential figures in the FM sector.

Since taking on the leadership of Darwish Interserve Facility Management in 2018, Saadeh has played a central role in transforming the company into an independent, high-performing total facilities management organisation. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its presence across Qatar and the wider Gulf region, managing a major portfolio of more than 85 active projects and overseeing operations across approximately 19 million square metres of project land area.

Today, Darwish Interserve Facility Management delivers hard, soft and specialist FM services across some of Qatar’s most important and complex environments, including aviation, cultural, commercial, government, education, smart city and critical infrastructure assets. The company’s portfolio includes major clients and projects such as Msheireb Properties, Qatar Museums, Qatar University, Aspire Zone, Hamad International Airport, the Ministry of Public Education and Higher Education, the Ministry of Interior, Ahli Bank, Milaha Properties, Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, Qatar Airways and Ooredoo.

Saadeh leads a workforce of more than 4,500 engineers and professionals, with the company delivering millions of man-hours annually and managing a significant volume of reactive maintenance activity. His leadership has been defined by a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, service quality, client satisfaction and performance-driven facilities management. He has also been a strong advocate for digital transformation, AI integration and intelligent, data-led FM practices that improve efficiency, optimise asset performance and support long-term value creation.

Beyond operations, Saadeh is recognised for his people-focused leadership style. Saadeh holds a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Northampton. He is also certified as an Expert in Facility Management by Franklin University and holds additional professional credentials in finance and management. His industry involvement includes serving as a Board Member of OMAINTEC for the 2026 to 2030 term, as well as being an Associate Member of IFMA and MEFMA, a member of IMA, a consultant member of Qatar’s National Campaign for Ideal Behaviour, and a full member of the CMC Global Institute.

His contributions to the industry have earned him several regional recognitions, including Visionary Leader of the Year 2025 by MEFMA and CBNME, FM Executive of the Year 2024, selection among the Top 25 FM Leaders in the Middle East, and recognition as one of Qatar’s outstanding managers. He is also a frequent keynote speaker and panelist at major regional FM platforms, including MEFMA, IFMA, QIFMCE Qatar, OMAINTEC and SFMA Expo Saudi Arabia.
