Drawing on the concept of “Nukli”, clusters of organic buildings rooted in Albanian vernacular architecture, the tower and its surrounding development weave together tradition and modern urbanism. Open courtyards, communal rooftop spaces, and carefully oriented forms foster social interaction and strong connections with nature. Highly glazed commercial frontages animate the streetscape, enhancing transparency and inviting vibrant retail life.
Inside, 107 residential units, from cozy one-bedroom flats to duplex penthouses, are designed with coastal living in mind: natural light, breezy loggias, and open layouts that soften the boundary between interior and exterior spaces. A rooftop bar crowns the tower, offering panoramic Adriatic views and becoming a social landmark in its own right.
At street level, the podium opens into shaded plazas, flexible passageways, and public seating areas, merging urban life with leisure. A LED façade displays digital art and local stories, turning the base into a glowing evening beacon.
Together with adjacent low-rise structures, the Vlore Beach Tower is not just architecture—it’s an urban catalyst, bridging old and new, connecting neighborhoods, the waterfront, and future urban fabric.
