UAE real estate developers are gearing up to tap into the lucrative US$110.83 trillion American real estate market at the 2nd America Property Exhibition (APEX) 2025, scheduled to take place from September 15â17 at the Miami Convention Centre.
Organized by international event platform MIE Events and supported by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), APEX 2025 will bring together over 100 global exhibitors from 15 countries, including top UAE developers, brokers, investors, and government stakeholders. The three-day summit will serve as a major catalyst for cross-border real estate and construction investment between the UAE and the U.S.
The timing of APEX is strategic. It follows the UAEâs recent announcement of a US$1.4 trillion investment outlay into the U.S. economy over the next decade, targeting sectors like AI infrastructure, semiconductors, housing, energy, and American manufacturing.
A report by Statista reveals that the U.S. housing market alone is nearing US$50 trillion, with residential real estate forecasted to reach a staggering US$110.83 trillion by 2025, more than double its value a decade ago.
Foreign Investment: The Numbers Behind the Opportunity According to the U.S. National Association of Realtors, foreign investors purchased 54,300 properties worth US$42 billion between April 2023 and March 2024. Of this:
Florida remains the top destination for these purchases, accounting for 20%, followed by Texas (13%), California (11%), and Arizona (5%).
Miami-Dade County, one of the hottest real estate markets in the country, has seen a 43% year-over-year rise in inventory, hinting at a potential market adjustment despite ongoing price growthâmaking it ripe for foreign investment and partnerships.
Several leading UAE developers are actively expanding into the American real estate landscape. Among them:
This builds on a broader trend, Americans rank among the top 10 foreign investors in UAE real estate, a trend APEX 2025 aims to deepen in both directions.
The exhibition will host:

He added:
âOur strategic alliance with the Dubai Land Department allows us to position the UAE at the heart of global real estate conversationsâopening the doors for mutual investment between the Middle East and North America.â
APEX 2025 comes at a pivotal time for UAE-based developers looking westward. The event serves not only as a high-value exhibition but as a launchpad for long-term economic cooperation, with the real estate sector acting as a bridge between the Gulf and the American continents.
For developers, investors, and real estate professionals, the opportunity to position themselves in the worldâs largest real estate market has never been more timely.
