(Image: DAMAC Properties)Dubai, UAE - 21 July 2025 – In a significant step toward enhancing accessibility for aspiring homeowners, DAMAC Properties has signed a landmark Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) to support Dubai’s First-Time Home Buyer Programme.
Under the agreement, DAMAC will collaborate directly with DLD and DET to facilitate property ownership for UAE residents purchasing their first home. This strategic cooperation is designed to simplify access, streamline processes, and provide exclusive support for eligible applicants.
DAMAC’s Managing Director, Amira Sajwani, stated:

The First-Time Home Buyer Programme offers priority access to new property launches, preferential pricing on units, flexible payment plans, and customized mortgage solutions through participating developers and banks.
With DAMAC now among the early developer partners, the programme aims to reach UAE residents of all nationalities who meet eligibility criteria such as being at least 18 years old, residing in Dubai, and not previously owning freehold property,on units priced up to USD $1.36 million (AED 5 million).
