Roshn Unveils Curated Luxury Villas at Sedra Community in Riyadh

RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA – Roshn Group has unveiled the Sedra Curated Collection, an exclusive new range of luxury villas within its flagship Sedra community in Riyadh, introducing bespoke residential designs that expand the community's premium housing offering.

The launch marks the first curated collection of villas at Sedra, with new show homes showcasing four exclusive villa typologies designed to provide fully turnkey residences featuring integrated amenities, generous living spaces and premium interior finishes.

Four Bespoke Villa Designs

The Sedra Curated Collection comprises four bespoke villa layouts available in both four-bedroom and five-bedroom configurations, catering to the needs of a broad range of families.
