ROSHN Group Launches New Villas and Duplexes in Dhahran’s Aldanah

Dhahran, Saudi Arabia: ROSHN Group has announced a new residential release within its Aldanah community in Dhahran, introducing two new housing typologies in response to sustained demand and rising interest in the development.

The latest phase includes the DA3 Villa, a four-bedroom home spanning 275 sq m, and the DB2 Duplex, a three-bedroom residence offering 246 sq m of built-up area.
