In 2024, he brought the same "best in class, in every class" ethos to the building of an institution. He established OMNIYAT Group, which spans a complete ecosystem: OMNIYAT at the height of the ultra-luxury market, Corven, the Group's asset management and services arm, rounds out the ecosystem, alongside a growing family of companies across development, hospitality and technology, and BEYOND carrying its design standards into the wider luxury segment.
The results arrived quickly. By the first half of 2026, the Group ranked among Dubai’s top three developers by registered sales and led the city’s record office market. Within twenty months from inception, BEYOND brought four masterplans to market across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, ranking among the top five developers in Dubai for off-plan apartment sales. The company’s pace was matched only by its global ambition as it became the Premium Sleeve Partner of Paris Saint-Germain and Official Real Estate Partner of Ascot and Royal Ascot.
When regional tensions unsettled markets in 2026, his response was to look further ahead. Construction continued across the portfolio, every project funded to completion, and he set a new target for a portfolio beyond AED 200 billion by 2030, carried by new brands, new segments and landmark developments across a wider geography.
