Sweid & Sweid, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has finalized the acquisition of Aurora Tower, a landmark commercial property located in Dubai Media City, further bolstering its growing portfolio of premium office assets.

Strategically situated in one of the emirate’s most sought-after business districts, Aurora Tower stands as a well-known fixture in Dubai’s media and communications hub. The tower’s prime location and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline make it a magnet for regional headquarters, creative firms, and multinational tenants looking for high-end workspace in a free zone environment.

The acquisition comes as part of Sweid & Sweid’s ongoing strategy to identify and reposition high-potential assets across Dubai’s commercial real estate sector. The firm is known for delivering world-class developments such as The Edge and One Central, both of which have redefined the benchmark for Grade A office space in the region.

Maher Sweid, Managing Partner at Sweid & Sweid, emphasized the importance of this transaction:

“Aurora Tower is a strategic addition to our expanding portfolio of commercial properties. As Dubai continues to position itself as a global business hub, we’re committed to providing high-quality workspaces that align with the evolving expectations of modern companies.”

Sweid & Sweid is expected to introduce a series of refurbishments and operational enhancements to Aurora Tower in the coming months, aiming to elevate the tenant experience and align the property with international sustainability and design standards.

With the UAE’s commercial real estate market seeing renewed momentum post-pandemic—driven by corporate relocations, flexible office demand, and economic diversification—this acquisition signals growing investor confidence in Dubai’s long-term business infrastructure.
