Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – September, 2025 - Riyadh is set to host the first-ever ORGATEC WORKSPACE Summit, a flagship event designed to explore the future of workplace design, hybrid working solutions, and corporate real estate strategies. The summit will run from September 16 to 18, 2025, at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Centre, coinciding with the launch of ORGATEC WORKSPACE Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom’s first dedicated trade fair for workplace innovation.

With Riyadh’s population expected to grow by more than 2.5 million by 2030, the summit comes at a critical time as demand for flexible, sustainable, and future-ready workplaces accelerates across the Kingdom.

Global Experts Gather to Discuss the Future of Work

The three-day conference will bring together over 50 influential speakers from around the world, including leading experts in real estate, design, technology, and the public sector. The free-to-attend sessions will tackle a wide range of pressing themes, from how Saudi cultural identity is influencing workplace design to the role of lighting in wellness and performance, strategies for aligning corporate real estate with business growth, the challenges of multigenerational offices, and forward-looking visions for workplaces in 2035.

Each session aims to spark debate, deliver practical insights, and inspire innovative approaches to creating environments where both people and organizations can thrive.

“The Summit is where ideas and innovation meet,” said Evan Schiff, Portfolio Director at dmg events, the summit’s organizer. “By connecting international providers with Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing market, we are enabling conversations that will translate into smarter, more agile, and more sustainable workplaces.”

Schiff emphasized that the event comes at a pivotal time for the Kingdom as it undergoes a remarkable transformation aligned with Vision 2030.

“The Summit is extremely timely as the Kingdom is undergoing a remarkable transformation to support its ambitious Vision 2030 goals, which are poised to leave an indelible mark on the world stage,” he added. “Attendees will learn how forward-thinking companies are using workspace planning to enhance operational efficiency, support workforce agility, and deliver measurable ROI by examining flexible design, smart leasing, and integrated workplace strategies.”

Key Discussion Highlight: Workplace Strategy & Corporate Real Estate

A program highlight will be the focus session titled “Workplace Strategy & Corporate Real Estate – Aligning Space with Performance and Growth.”

The discussion will feature Ian DS Sinclair, Partner & Head of Programmes at Knight Frank MENA, and Nadim Farah, Head of Corporate Real Estate, Saudi Arabia at Turner & Townsend. They will explore how organizations are rethinking physical space as a driver of efficiency, agility, and long-term value in today’s rapidly evolving business environment.

Sinclair stressed the importance of responding to rapid technological change and population growth:

“AI and technological advancement are reshaping the way we work. To remain competitive, organizations must align their workplaces with this revolution, creating environments that support people’s growth while driving efficiency and effectiveness,” Sinclair said. “The population growth in Riyadh alone will see 2.5 million more people in the city by 2030. The giga-projects and the private sector must recognize how resources are delivered efficiently and effectively as demand surges, reflecting the changing technological and social environments.”

Farah echoed the sentiment, emphasizing the role of workplace strategy as a business-critical tool:

“By treating space as a strategic asset, companies can boost efficiency, enable agility, and deliver long-term value,” Farah said. “Saudi Arabia’s giga-projects and mega-developments are transforming expectations for workplace design. They are driving demand for flexible, sustainable, and data-informed solutions that support evolving business needs. As organizations grow within these ambitious environments, workplaces must enable collaboration, attract talent, and deliver significant ROI.”

The ORGATEC WORKSPACE exhibition, organized by dmg events in partnership with Koelnmesse GmbH, will feature over 100 international and regional exhibitors from 14 countries. The exhibition will showcase the latest in office furnishings, hybrid working solutions, and technology-driven design.

“As Saudi Arabia reshapes its corporate and urban landscape under Vision 2030, the ORGATEC WORKSPACE Summit will provide a front-row seat to the ideas shaping the future – and a platform where global expertise meets local ambition,” Postert said.
