Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – September 5, 2025 – Riyadh is set to host the debut edition of ORGATEC WORKSPACE Saudi Arabia 2025, the Kingdom’s first dedicated trade fair for workplace, office design, and hybrid working solutions. Scheduled to take place from September 16–18 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Centre (RFECC), the event will highlight the future of work and address the growing needs of Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding commercial real estate market.
The three-day exhibition is organized through a strategic partnership between dmg events and Koelnmesse, the company behind the globally renowned ORGATEC trade fair in Cologne. The event will feature more than 100 exhibitors from 14 countries, showcasing cutting-edge office furnishings, workspace environments, advanced technology, and sustainable solutions that align with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambitions.
Saudi Arabia’s job market is projected to generate 3.5 million new roles by 2030, driven by growth in technology, tourism, and renewable energy. The Kingdom’s workplace transformation market is also expected to reach USD 1.22 billion by 2030, growing at an annual rate of 21.6%.
“ORGATEC WORKSPACE Saudi Arabia is a meeting point for creativity, design, and innovation that will shape the workplaces of tomorrow,” said Elaine O’Connell, Senior Vice President at dmg events. “By bringing the ORGATEC brand to Riyadh, we are creating an exciting space where global and regional leaders can connect, exchange ideas, and set new benchmarks for how we design, build, and experience the modern workplace.”
The event will host the ORGATEC WORKSPACE Summit, featuring over 50 international and regional speakers across three days. The free-to-attend summit will explore topics such as agile workspace design, AI integration, sustainability, workplace strategy, and corporate real estate.
“Inclusive workplace design in Saudi Arabia goes beyond compliance to create a genuine sense of belonging,” said Rachael Jones, Head of Specialist Services at JLL. “From prayer spaces and gender-appropriate areas to multigenerational environments, these considerations are shaping the Kingdom’s future workplaces. Companies that embrace this approach will be best positioned to attract and retain top talent.”
Panels will also address mega-event planning for Expo 2030 and the FIFA World Cup 2034, while highlighting how modern, tech-enabled, people-first designs are influencing Saudi Arabia’s office sector.
Global Participation
The exhibition is expected to welcome over 10,000 professional visitors, including architects, interior designers, facility managers, government officials, and corporate decision-makers. Industries covered include commercial offices, healthcare, education, hospitality, and transport hubs.
“ORGATEC has globally proven its position to inspire architects, interior designers, and companies on how to create modern and motivating workspaces,” said Denis Steker, Senior Vice President at Koelnmesse. “We are proud to bring this global success to Saudi Arabia, opening doors to one of the world’s most dynamic economies at precisely the right time.”
ORGATEC WORKSPACE Saudi Arabia will feature dedicated categories covering office furnishings, IT and telecom solutions, construction and management systems, and organizational planning tools. These will provide businesses with targeted opportunities to source solutions that meet their specific needs.
With USD 1.7 trillion in active construction projects across the Kingdom, demand for innovative workplace solutions has never been higher. The event will offer a vital platform to connect global expertise with Saudi Arabia’s evolving business landscape.
“We want visitors to leave ORGATEC WORKSPACE inspired, equipped, and ready to reimagine how their workplaces can drive both business success and employee well-being,” added O’Connell. “This launch edition marks the beginning of an exciting journey.”
