Property Finder, MENA’s leading property portal, has partnered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) to roll out a new series of training initiatives aimed at supporting real estate professionals ahead of the launch of Madhmoun, the emirate’s first-ever verified Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform.
Madhmoun, meaning “verified” in Arabic, is set to become a centralised digital hub for real estate practitioners, providing a transparent, trusted, and streamlined platform to manage and authorise listings. As a one-stop solution, it aims to bring greater accuracy and control to how property information is shared and accessed in Abu Dhabi.
In anticipation of Madhmoun’s launch on July 7, Property Finder has kicked off a comprehensive series of training sessions to support agent readiness. The first session, held on June 17, brought together more than 500 agents and featured expert insights from ADREC representatives. The event included a live demonstration of the Madhmoun platform before its official rollout and offered agents the chance to raise questions and clarify expectations.
Property Finder has introduced these training sessions to help agents prepare for the upcoming launch of the Madhmoun platform on July 7. The initial session, which took place on June 17, welcomed more than 500 agents and included expert insights from ADREC representatives. Attendees were given an exclusive pre-launch walkthrough of the Madhmoun platform and the chance to ask questions regarding its features and implementation. Future sessions will explore key topics such as Madhmoun’s expected impact, user benefits, and practical usage guidelines, supported by educational resources, co-produced video content, and a dedicated FAQ section.
Speaking about the initiative, Cherif Sleiman, Chief Revenue Officer at Property Finder, said: “We applaud ADREC's efforts and offer our complete support as it launches this milestone platform to promote trust by instituting accuracy, availability and authorisation for all listings, ultimately boosting Abu Dhabi’s status as a leading real estate hub. While at Property Finder we aspire to change living for good in the region, this is not an isolated effort. We are proud to partner with ADREC to facilitate much needed conversations about the upcoming launch and set up agents for success as they navigate the new platform. We will continue to play an active role in supporting industry stakeholders and home-seekers, as Abu Dhabi undergoes a transformation aimed at elevating trust and transparency in the real estate sector.”
Looking ahead, Property Finder has confirmed it will continue to engage the market with further training initiatives, including post-launch sessions designed to ensure long-term adoption and agent success. The initiative reflects a broader effort to strengthen professionalism and transparency across the real estate industry in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
