A Landmark Celebration of Two Decades of Vision

The launch of LUMENA ALTA marks OMNIYAT’s 20th anniversary, symbolising two decades of creating world-class architectural masterpieces across Dubai. Strategically positioned at the gateway to Business Bay, LUMENA ALTA provides direct connectivity to Sheikh Zayed Road and the upcoming Dubai Metro Gold Line, offering seamless access across the city.
