Gulf House Real Estate Development has announced the launch of its flagship project, Olaia Residences, situated on Dubai's iconic Palm Jumeirah. This marks the company's entry into the city's luxury real estate market.
Founded by Eng. Mohammed Mana Sultan Aballala, Gulf House aims to create bespoke homes that cater to individual client preferences while pushing architectural boundaries. Olaia Residences offers a range of 1 to 5-bedroom apartments and penthouses, each designed with premium finishes and abundant natural light. Residents will have access to amenities such as a resort-style pool, fully equipped fitness center, concierge services, and secure parking.
The development's location on Palm Jumeirah provides proximity to luxury resorts, fine dining, and high-end retail outlets, enhancing the living experience for residents.
Eng. Aballala brings considerable experience to the venture, having held leadership positions in multi-billion-dollar projects across Saudi Arabia and established successful businesses in the cement and mining industries. In 2022, he sold a villa on Palm Jumeirah for AED280 million, setting a record for the most expensive property transaction in the area.
