Dubai, UAE – October 2, 2025: BEYOND Developments has announced the launch of Soulever by BEYOND, a $708 million (AED2.6 billion) landmark residential development at Dubai Maritime City (DMC). Rising as two sculptural towers designed by globally acclaimed architects SAOTA, with interiors by ARRCC, Soulever reflects BEYOND’s bold vision for design-led waterfront living.
