The world’s largest POP MART flagship store at ICONSIAM merges Thai culture, playful design, and global art toy culture into one immersive experience.Bangkok, Thailand: POP MART has officially opened its world’s largest global flagship store at ICONSIAM, redefining the art toy retail experience with a vibrant blend of culture, creativity, and contemporary design. Spanning 760 square meters on the mall’s seventh floor, the new location surpasses its Shanghai counterpart (over 500 sqm), setting a new global benchmark for experiential retail.
The POP MART Global Landmark Store celebrates the brand’s evolution from a niche art toy label to an international lifestyle phenomenon. Its public launch on August 10 drew massive crowds of fans after two exclusive preview days, reflecting the power of anticipation and event-led marketing.
Located along the Chao Phraya River, ICONSIAM’s prestige amplifies POP MART’s appeal to both Gen Z shoppers and collectors, uniting luxury and playfulness under one roof. The store features multiple interactive areas, including the MEGA Zone, POP BEAN Zone, and Thailand’s first POP MART Café, developed in collaboration with Greyhound Café. The café’s menu takes inspiration from POP MART characters, turning each visit into a story-driven experience.

Created by X+Living Architecture and Interior Design, the space follows a “Window to Fantasy” concept, merging Thai artistry with modern design. Drawing inspiration from water culture, traditional Thai architecture, and inclusiveness, the interiors unfold like a colorful dreamscape of curved walls, flowing lines, and large character installations.
The design pays tribute to the Chao Phraya River, with fluid forms and reflective surfaces evoking its movement, while geometric motifs and local artistry blend heritage with imagination.

Outside, a 4-meter MOLLY figure dressed in Thai attire greets visitors on the riverfront terrace, a striking symbol of cultural fusion. The two-story entrance features POP MART’s beloved CRYBABY riding an elephant and LABUBU’s Long-tail Boat Figure, celebrating Thailand’s storytelling traditions.
Inside, photo zones encourage guests to share their experiences online, transforming them into organic brand advocates. Built around the psychology of surprise and collectibility, POP MART’s blind box concept continues to fuel the emotional connection that defines its global success.
