Vision breaks ground on 246-unit Sera Gardens in Dubai Production City

Dubai, UAE - Vision Developments has started construction on Sera Gardens by Vision, a 246-apartment residential building in Dubai Production City and the developer’s third project in the district.

Senior management, partners on the project and key stakeholders joined a groundbreaking ceremony at the site as works began. Vision Developments described the event as another important milestone in its growing Dubai portfolio.

Sera Gardens went on sale in May 2026. Both of the developer’s earlier projects in Dubai Production City have sold out, the company said.

The most recent of those, VISTA by Vision, sold out in under seven hours. Its sales exceeded $95.2 million (AED 350 million), which Vision Developments said set a new sales record for the company.

The new building rises to G+P+8+R, meaning a ground floor, a podium level, eight upper floors and a roof. Its units range from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments, with three- and four-bedroom duplexes at the top of the mix.

Shared facilities are planned around what the developer calls contemporary community living. They include a swimming pool, a gym, a cinema, children’s play areas, a barbecue area, gaming facilities and a garden lounge.

Homes will come with smart-home technology such as smart thermostats and smart door locks. The building will also look out towards the greens of Jumeirah Golf Estates, according to the company.

Vision Developments said the groundbreaking is part of a wider push to move its projects from launch into active construction while it keeps adding to its pipeline across Dubai.

The developer currently has seven projects under construction and five in the handover phase. Two of those five have already been handed over this year.

According to the company, it is building its position on quality and on-time delivery, with homes intended to hold their value for residents and investors over the long term. With works now under way at Sera Gardens, it described the project as a further step in its growth in Dubai Production City and in its commitment to customers.
