1. Jeddah Tower – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Poised to become the world's first kilometer-high structure, Jeddah Tower will be the centerpiece of Kingdom City. Its design, inspired by Saudi Arabia's mountainous landscapes, features a three-petal footprint and a tapered aerodynamic shape to withstand wind forces.
2. Burj Azizi – Dubai, UAE
Strategically located near the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Mall, Burj Azizi is set to become the world's second-tallest building upon completion. Originally named Entisar Tower, construction began in 2016, was halted in 2017, rebranded in 2018, and resumed in 2025.
3. Goldin Finance 117 – Tianjin, China
Once dubbed China's "tallest abandoned skyscraper," construction of Goldin Finance 117 has resumed after being halted in 2015 due to financial challenges. The tower is anticipated to be completed by 2027.
4. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences – Dubai, UAE
A collaboration between Binghatti Properties and Jacob & Co., this tower aims to become the world's tallest residential building. It will feature luxurious amenities, including exclusive suites, sky mansions, and penthouses, along with concierge services, private fitness clubs, sky gardens, and a spa.
5. Senna Tower – Balneário Camboriú, Brazil
Inspired by Formula One legend Ayrton Senna, this residential skyscraper is being developed by FG Empreendimentos with investments from retail billionaire Luciano Hang. Designed by Senna's niece, Lalali Senna, the tower is projected to cost around $545 million.
6. Tiger Sky Tower – Dubai, UAE
Currently under construction, Tiger Sky Tower aims to set new standards in luxury and engineering in Dubai's ever-evolving skyline.
7. Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina
The project is relaunched from the original 'Pentominium' project, sales began in 2024 with prices from Dh5.8 million.
