The development is IHCL’s first foray into branded residences in the UAE.
The project witnessed overwhelming investor interest, with 97 residences reserved on launch day alone, reflecting growing confidence in Ras Al Khaimah’s luxury real estate market.

The 165-home branded residence is under construction, with handover expected in Q2 2030.
