Dubai, UAE – August 18, 2025 – STAMN Real Estate Developments has announced the launch of STAMN Dual Key, a novel design concept that will debut at the award-winning Nautis Residences on Dubai Islands and be extended to selected future projects.
The innovative dual-key system offers investors the flexibility of using one larger residence or splitting it into two fully private living spaces, each with its own entrance. This setup allows owners to either live in one section while renting out the other, or rent both sides independently, creating the potential to double rental income.
STAMN noted that the design takes inspiration from interconnecting hotel suites, bringing a new level of versatility to residential living in Dubai.
STAMN CEO Zheng Jian explained:
“The reveal of our Dual Key design resonates with a key principle that we have within the business. We believe that it is our duty to bring prosperity to our investors and communities. Every buyer should gain maximum value and this layout provides a healthy balance of flexibility and financial returns.”
Dual-key layouts will be offered across all two-bedroom units and selected three-bedroom apartments at Nautis Residences, with prices starting from USD 580,000 (AED 2.13 million).
The broader Nautis Residences project comprises 63 homes across eight residential floors, with unit types ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom townhouses. Prices span from USD 474,000 (AED 1.74 million) to USD 1.8 million (AED 6.6 million ), supported by flexible 40/60 post-handover payment plans.
The development is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027.
Dubai Islands is fast emerging as one of the city’s most attractive property destinations, with apartment prices up 22% year-on-year. Enhanced infrastructure and new connectivity links are strengthening its reputation, with industry experts increasingly referring to it as the “next Palm Jumeirah.”
Nautis Residences also incorporates wellness-focused amenities, including a large swimming pool, sundeck, and reading spaces designed to promote relaxation and community living.
