Sakan Developments has announced a strategic partnership with AEMP (formerly AE Media Production) to produce documentary and promotional content for PARK U, a landmark commercial and administrative development in Shorouk City. The project, estimated at an investment value of $100 million (EGP 4.8 billion), is set to become one of the most prominent mixed-use hubs in the area.

Dr. Abdel Rahman Essam, CEO of AEMP, stated that the collaboration aligns with his company’s mission to transform architectural concepts into compelling visual stories that build emotional connections with clients and investors.

AEMP’s recent rebranding from AE Media Production is a strategic move that reflects the company’s expanding role in Egypt’s growing real estate content creation sector. The new name aligns with its upgraded capabilities in real estate visualization and multimedia storytelling.

Eng. Walid Khattab, Chairman of Sakan Developments, noted that selecting AEMP was a deliberate move to enhance how the company communicates PARK U’s value to the public.

“Creating compelling documentary and promotional content requires a partner who understands the significance of this step and its role in conveying the project’s unique value to the target market,” said Khattab.

He added that AEMP’s creative direction will help showcase PARK U’s most distinctive features, from its architectural design and location to its unique commercial offerings and potential hotel component.

Located in the heart of Shorouk City, PARK U spans a 15,000-square-metre site and features four connected buildings unified by a dramatic sky bridge. Designed as a mixed-use commercial and administrative complex, the development aims to elevate the district’s appeal through modern architecture, dynamic branding, and international-standard design.

The inclusion of retail spaces, flexible offices, and a possible hotel is expected to position PARK U as a regional destination, not just a business address.
