Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) and master developer Marjan have jointly announced the appointment of JLL, a leading global real estate consultancy, as the exclusive leasing advisor for RAK Central HQ, a flagship commercial development set to elevate Ras Al Khaimah’s position as a business destination in the UAE.

The announcement was made as part of the emirate’s broader strategy to attract regional and international businesses, offering premium-grade office spaces and advanced infrastructure in the heart of Ras Al Khaimah.

A Landmark Development in Ras Al Khaimah

RAK Central HQ is the centerpiece of the RAK Central masterplan, envisioned as a new urban district with modern commercial, residential, and retail offerings.
