Meraas Awards USD 120M Contract for New City Walk Northline Residences

Dubai, UAE: Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a USD 120 million (AED 440 million) construction contract to GCC Contracting for the development of City Walk Northline, the latest phase in the evolution of one of Dubai’s most sought-after urban neighbourhoods. The project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2027.

Three New Residential Buildings to Elevate City Walk’s Masterplan

Under the newly awarded contract, GCC Contracting will lead the development of three mid-rise residential buildings, marking a major milestone in the ongoing expansion of the City Walk district.

The scope includes:

• City Walk Northline 1 – an eight-storey residence with 114 apartments ranging from one- to three-bedroom units.
• City Walk Northline 2 – two eight-storey buildings offering 190 one- to three-bedroom apartments.

Together, these additions strengthen City Walk’s position as a premium hub blending residential living with curated retail, dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions.
