Marjan Unveils Marjan Beach Masterplan to Transform Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE – October 2, 2025: Marjan, the master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has launched Marjan Beach, a major mixed-use destination set to attract significant investments across lifestyle, real estate and hospitality, while accelerating RAK Vision 2030.
