Marjan and Dara Developments to Build 27-Storey Tower in RAK Central

Marjan, the master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced a strategic partnership with Dara Developments to construct a 27-storey residential tower within the RAK Central development. This initiative aligns with Ras Al Khaimah’s Vision 2030, aiming to enhance the emirate's appeal as a vibrant destination for living, working, and tourism.​

The new high-rise is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2027. It is set to expand the residential offerings in RAK Central, a modern mixed-use destination that has witnessed significant growth since its inception. RAK Central offers global investors and local businesses an innovative space for growth and prosperity, reinforcing Ras Al Khaimah’s status as a dynamic investment and tourism hub.

Construction is also underway on RAK Central’s main headquarters, which will serve as the central business hub and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
