Dubai, UAE - September 2, 2025 - Knight Frank MENA’s Exclusive Project Sales division has been appointed to lead the launch of the latest phase of SHA Residences Emirates Island, the world’s first private island dedicated to healthy living and longevity.

A Visionary Development

Brought to life by developer IMKAN, SHA Residences Emirates Island combines private ownership opportunities with seven-star hospitality and access to world-class health and wellness services at SHA Emirates. Located on the coast of Sahel al Emarat – the “Riviera of the Emirates” – the island introduces a lifestyle focused on wellbeing, longevity, and nature.

Since 2008, SHA has pioneered health and longevity worldwide through award-winning properties in Spain and Mexico, transforming more than 70,000 lives with a blend of cutting-edge medicine and natural therapies. The Emirates project is the evolution of this legacy, expanding SHA’s philosophy into private residences.

Residences and Design

This phase introduces a range of 51 sustainable 1–4 bedroom apartments, 19 Garden Villas, and 67 Beach and Shoreline Villas, each inspired by Al Jurf’s natural beauty.

Shoreline Villas feature direct access to the shore, private jetties, and 4–6 bedrooms.

Garden Villas are set among greenery, offering 5–6 bedrooms, generous terraces, and private pools.

Homes are designed for healthier living with advanced air purification systems, natural materials like stone and wood, and dynamic lighting to regulate circadian rhythms.
