Nakheel’s Palm Central Private Residences, a new resort-style community on Palm Jebel Ali featuring 212 homes designed around wellness, comfort, and connection. (Image: Dubai Media Office)Dubai, United Arab Emirates – October 29, 2025: Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled Palm Central Private Residences, a new resort-style residential development at the heart of Palm Jebel Ali. Positioned along the island’s central spine between Frond M and Frond N, the project introduces a new dimension of community living to one of Dubai’s most ambitious and iconic destinations.
The launch marks a key milestone in Palm Jebel Ali’s evolution, expanding its lifestyle offering beyond exclusive beachfront villas to include a connected, family-oriented neighbourhood designed around wellbeing, comfort, and community.
Palm Central Private Residences features 212 homes across three mid-rise buildings, offering a mix of one- to five-bedroom apartments and signature penthouses with private pools. Each residence is designed with generous layouts, panoramic sea and skyline views, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The project blends contemporary design with resort-inspired details — landscaped courtyards, wellness zones, and elegant social lounges — all aimed at creating a balanced environment that promotes privacy, relaxation, and connection.
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said:
“Palm Jebel Ali advances Dubai’s vision for people-centred waterfront living. With Palm Central Private Residences, we bring resort living into the everyday, creating a central neighbourhood where homes, wellness, learning, retail, and worship sit within a short walk. This residential model complements our beachfront villas, broadens the island’s residential mix, and supports a more inclusive and connected community that is calm, contemporary, and distinctly Dubai.”
This new development follows the recent unveiling of Palm Jebel Ali’s Beach and Coral Collection villas, designed by leading international architects. While those projects celebrate coastal exclusivity, Palm Central Private Residences focuses on community engagement and accessibility, offering residents a more connected way to experience island living.

The mosque, which can accommodate up to 1,000 worshippers, reinterprets traditional Islamic architecture through modern sculptural forms that emphasize light, reflection, and serenity, creating a spiritual landmark at the island’s core.
Stretching 13.4 kilometres and encompassing seven interconnected islands, Palm Jebel Ali features 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront. Its master plan aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), integrating sustainable infrastructure, smart technologies, and walkable public spaces to create a vibrant, mixed-use community that reflects Dubai’s forward-looking vision for urban living.
With Palm Central Private Residences, Nakheel continues to redefine luxury coastal living by blending resort-inspired comfort with community-focused design. The project embodies the essence of Dubai’s next chapter, sustainable, inclusive, and connected, bringing everyday resort living into the heart of Palm Jebel Ali.
