Nakheel Launches Palm Central Private Residences on Palm Jebel Ali

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – October 29, 2025: Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled Palm Central Private Residences, a new resort-style residential development at the heart of Palm Jebel Ali. Positioned along the island’s central spine between Frond M and Frond N, the project introduces a new dimension of community living to one of Dubai’s most ambitious and iconic destinations.
