(Image: Supplied)Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: JLL has announced the launch of its Real Estate Knowledge Hub in the Kingdom, a specialised training platform designed to elevate professional capabilities across Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing real estate sector. The initiative arrives as the Kingdom’s development pipeline surpasses USD 1.5 trillion, underscoring the urgent need for industry-wide capacity building.
The Knowledge Hub connects theoretical foundations with practical, real-world expertise. Its curriculum draws from JLL’s end-to-end services across the real estate lifecycle — from investment and financial advisory to land acquisition, development strategy, project delivery, and property management.
Modules cover multiple asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and residential. Delivery formats range from workshops and executive presentations to site visits, case studies, and project tours.
Saud Al Sulaimani, Country Head and Head of Capital Markets for JLL in KSA, said: “JLL, a global leader in real estate services with a prestigious legacy spanning over 240 years, has maintained a strong presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for more than 17 years. Our commitment to knowledge transfer and professional development is paramount to our success and that of the real estate markets across all regions, countries, and cities in which we operate.”
The Real Estate Knowledge Hub adopts a collaborative model, partnering with institutions to deliver tailored executive learning experiences. JLL specialists from Research, Consulting, Capital Markets, Leasing, Interior Design, Project and Cost Management, Facilities Management, Sustainability, and Technology contribute practical insights anchored in global benchmarks.
Training modules can be customised to align with organisational priorities, enabling companies to build targeted real estate competencies.
Kabira Bhatporia, Head of HR – MEA & Turkey at JLL, added: “We are honored to support industry professionals in advancing their expertise through this exceptional Real Estate Executive practical learning initiative… This knowledge is particularly valuable in today's dynamic KSA market, where real estate drives economic transformation.”
