Dubai, UAE – 16 July 2025 - Dubai’s International Property Show (IPS) is gearing up for its 22nd edition in April 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Building on the momentum of IPS 2025, which attracted more than 30,000 visitors and 300 exhibitors from 45 countries, the platform continues to champion innovation, investment, and sustainability in real estate.
IPS 2026 aims to gather elite real estate developers, global investors, service providers, and buyers – spotlighting residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, along with breakthrough financing models, ownership systems, and advanced technology in property and facilities management.
Dawood Al Shezawi, President of IPS, emphasized IPS’s strategic role:
“IPS has firmly established itself as a leading global event on the real estate calendar… With the 2026 edition, we aim to expand participation from emerging markets, offer immersive experiences rooted in innovation and sustainability, and create new avenues for collaboration between global investors and developers across all sectors of real estate.”
This reinforces Dubai’s ambition to cement its position as a global hub for smart, sustainable real estate development.
As a forward-looking platform, IPS offers unparalleled exposure and entry to the latest trends in proptech, sustainability, and digital transformation. Its convening power supports Dubai's broader real estate strategy by fostering transparency, incentivising innovation, and aligning industry growth with Vision 2033 goals.
