Built by developer Hobart J. Whitley, the 1,900 sq ft, three‑bedroom, four‑bath home retains authentic period touches—from hand‑troweled plaster walls and vintage tile to arched French doors and a classic red‑tile roof.
Coppola and his wife acquired the property in the 1990s, later transferring it to costume designer Jacqui Getty in 2013. It became home to Getty and her daughter, filmmaker Gia Coppola, from age four through college.
