Image: SuppliedBATUMI, GEORGIA: HOLM Developments has signed an international investment and development agreement with Ambassadori Island Batumi, marking the company’s first major international expansion.
Under the agreement, HOLM will develop a 140,000 sqm multifunctional complex on Ambassadori Island, with an investment exceeding $250 million.
The agreement was signed by Sergey Avayan, CEO of HOLM Developments, and Gocha Kamkia, CEO of Ambassadori Island Batumi.
Sergey Avayan, CEO, HOLM Developments, said:
“This marks an important new chapter for HOLM. Georgia offers strong potential, and Ambassadori Island gives us the opportunity to bring our experience and development standards to a unique waterfront destination while building a long-term presence in the region.”
HOLM officially unveiled its development in Batumi on August 28, 2026, during a presentation attended by business leaders, international media, brokers and invited guests from Dubai and Georgia.
The launch marked an important milestone for HOLM as the company introduces its development vision to the Georgian market and begins a new chapter of international growth.
Part of Ambassadori Island Masterplan
The project forms part of Ambassadori Island, a major waterfront masterplan in Batumi designed to bring together residential, hospitality, retail, leisure and cultural destinations.
