The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has entered into a strategic partnership with MIE Events to enhance Dubai's presence at the upcoming APEX 2025 exhibition in Miami. This collaboration aims to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) by showcasing Dubai's dynamic real estate sector to a global audience.
Under the agreement, DLD will highlight Dubai's real estate opportunities and work closely with investors and developers to streamline processes such as registration, permit issuance, and transactions. This initiative aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, focusing on transparency, innovation, and sustainable growth.
MIE Events will organize events and workshops both within and outside the UAE to promote Dubai's real estate market. They will also support local developers' participation at APEX 2025 by providing platforms to showcase projects and offering investors legal and regulatory guidance. Additionally, MIE Events will prepare regular reports on market trends, coordinate site visits for international investors, and facilitate forums and bilateral meetings to foster strategic partnerships.
Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD, stated, "This agreement is part of our ongoing efforts to solidify Dubai's position as a global hub for real estate investment by strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders locally and internationally."
David Wang, Chairman of MIE Groups, added, "The partnership between MIE Groups and Dubai Land Department for APEX 2025 marks a significant milestone in our shared vision to connect global real estate markets."
This collaboration reflects Dubai's commitment to attracting high-quality investments and reinforcing its status as a leading global real estate destination.
