DMDC Launches New Property Investment Division in Dubai

Dubai, UAE – 31 July 2025 - DMDC, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing interior design and construction firms, has officially entered the real estate investment market with the launch of DMDC Estates, a dedicated division focused on acquiring, renovating, and selling high-end properties across Dubai.

Unveiled at a private press conference, the new division marks the company’s largest investment since its inception. DMDC has already committed $19 million (AED70 million) toward its initial portfolio of premium residential projects, with developments currently underway in Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Emerald Hills. A second-phase investment of $8 million (AED30 million) is planned for the latter half of the year, bringing the total 2025 commitment to $27 million (AED100 million).

A Bold, Independent Venture

DMDC Estates operates independently from the company’s core client-facing business. Fully owned and operated by DMDC, the new division will execute internal real estate investments, allowing the firm to apply its full creative and construction capabilities without external constraints.

While DMDC will continue offering client services in interior design and construction throughout the region, DMDC Estates will focus solely on internal projects, reimagining luxury residential living in Dubai.

First Showcase Project Sets the Tone

The debut project from DMDC Estates, a stunning six-bedroom villa in Arabian Ranches has already made waves in the market. Elegantly transformed inside and out, the villa is a showcase of the firm’s signature design philosophy and serves as a model for future curated residences.
