DUBAI, UAE: Damac Properties has reached a major milestone with the topping out of Cavalli Tower, its USD 272 million (AED 1 billion) ultra-luxury residential project, the first-ever tower in the world to feature interiors by iconic Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli.

Rising 71 storeys beside the beach in Dubai Marina, the development is now on track for handover by the end of 2026, marking another landmark in the evolution of branded residences in Dubai’s thriving high-end property market.

Blending Fashion, Architecture, and Art

Ali Sajwani, Managing Director of Damac Group, said:

“Cavalli Tower is a structural and design landmark that embodies Damac’s futuristic vision to blend fashion, architecture, and art into Dubai’s skyline. With this topping out, we are one step closer to delivering a true global landmark in luxury living.”

Designed by award-winning architect Shaun Killa, known for the Museum of the Future, and featuring interiors by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors, Cavalli Tower reflects a bold fusion of glamour and innovation. The tower houses 436 units including one- to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses, each offering uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, or Dubai Marina.

Select residences feature private terraces, sky pools, Jacuzzis, and hydroponic living walls, while the building also includes sky gardens, an infinity pool, and a Malibu Bay-inspired beach pool.

A New Benchmark in Luxury Construction

The topping-out ceremony marked the completion of the tower’s superstructure, with the final concrete pour on the 71st floor. The event was attended by senior representatives from Damac and its construction partner, China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME).

Tian Sanchuan, Chairman and President of CSCEC ME, commented:

“Delivering the world’s first Cavalli-branded tower demonstrates our shared commitment to precision, quality, and engineering excellence. Today’s topping-out ceremony testifies to the strength of our collaboration and our contribution to Dubai’s world-class skyline.”

Substructure works are now complete, with internal and external finishes progressing toward handover.

Resort-Style Living by the Sea

Cavalli Tower offers residents a resort-inspired lifestyle, featuring 24-hour butler service, à la carte housekeeping, and access to a range of exclusive leisure amenities. The property’s four-storey lobby, sky lounges, and poolside retreats set a new benchmark for elevated urban living.

Damac’s bold integration of fashion and real estate stems from its 2019 acquisition of Roberto Cavalli S.p.A., aligning luxury design with architecture. This partnership continues through other projects including Damac Bay 1 and 2 by Cavalli and Cavalli Estates in Damac Hills.

Dubai’s Branded Residences Boom

Cavalli Tower’s milestone comes amid a record-breaking year for Dubai’s real estate market, where property transactions exceeded USD 143 billion (AED 525 billion) in the first 10 months of 2025. The city’s growing appetite for branded and waterfront developments continues to drive new benchmarks for luxury living and international investment.
