In a bold move to elevate Ras Al Khaimah’s real estate scene, Dubai-based developer Clédor has partnered with New York’s renowned Arthouse Hotel to develop a new AED 400 million branded residence project on Al Marjan Island. The project brings a slice of Manhattan’s cultural charm to the UAE and marks Arthouse Hotel’s first venture beyond the United States.

The development promises to merge luxury living with artistic flair, delivering high-end residences styled with Arthouse’s signature mix of urban sophistication and boutique hospitality. It will feature beachfront apartments, curated art installations, and amenities designed for lifestyle-focused residents and global investors alike.

Completion is expected by late 2026, aligning with RAK’s broader vision to become a luxury tourism and real estate hotspot. The emirate has already captured headlines with mega projects such as the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island integrated resort, and this new addition reinforces the growing confidence of international brands in RAK’s potential.

Clédor’s CEO, Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli, described the partnership as a “natural synergy” between global design values and local development expertise, positioning the project to attract discerning buyers from the GCC, Europe, and Asia. The branded residences trend has gained substantial momentum in the UAE, as developers collaborate with hospitality icons to offer unique lifestyle-driven properties with built-in prestige and brand loyalty.

“Al Marjan Island is already a powerhouse for leisure and entertainment, drawing visitors and investors from all over the world. Through this partnership with Arthouse, we hope to add a new layer to the island’s story, a place where art and culture live side by side with lifestyle and hospitality. We are truly grateful to Arthouse NYC, and Marjan leadership and our strategic partner Prospect for believing in our vision. Together our partnership will continue to add to the UAE’s every-growing and vibrant real estate landscape,” said Omar Gull, Founder & Chairman of Clédor.

The project will not only boost Ras Al Khaimah’s appeal but also contribute to its goal of becoming a top-tier destination for art, culture, and high-end real estate investment. With Arthouse's reputation and Clédor's regional strength, the collaboration is set to make a meaningful impact on the northern emirate's luxury property landscape.
