Doha, Qatar – October 8, 2025: The countdown begins for Qatar’s most anticipated real estate event – Cityscape Qatar 2025. Held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the event returns from October 12–14 at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC), unveiling an exclusive new investor initiative set to transform cross-border real estate investment across the Gulf.
This year’s edition will reveal the Cityscape Real Estate Investor Program 2025, supported by Visit Qatar. The program serves as a gateway connecting VIP and high-net-worth investors directly with Qatar’s top-tier developers and key government stakeholders.
A first-of-its-kind initiative, the program simplifies the path from opportunity to deal-making. Thirteen investors from nine countries, representing USD 2.5 billion in assets under management, will gain exclusive access to curated investment opportunities and emerging market insights.
Running alongside the exhibition, the Qatar Real Estate Forum returns for its third edition. Discussions will focus on government policies enabling investor-friendly frameworks, the rapid rise of PropTech, and the growing role of digital solutions that enhance transparency and streamline real estate processes.
The forum will also spotlight the projects shaping Qatar’s urban and economic landscape. Adding to the significance of this year’s edition, Saudi Arabia joins as Guest Country of Honour, represented by a delegation from REGA, the Sakani Program, MOMRAH, MISA, and New Murabba. The collaboration highlights a shared regional vision for growth and innovation.
The exhibition floor will feature leading developers and projects, with Qetaifan Projects and New Murabba as Diamond Sponsors, and Al Waab City as Platinum Sponsor.
Top industry names including Qatari Diar, UDC, Barwa, Al Waab City, and Tameer Real Estate will present their latest developments and investment opportunities. Colliers joins as Knowledge Partner, while Visit Qatar serves as Destination Partner, ensuring attendees gain comprehensive market intelligence and destination insights.
Reflecting on the upcoming edition, Alexander Heuff, Group Director, Cityscape, said:
“Cityscape Qatar has always been a catalyst for investment and innovation. The Investor Program is a milestone in that journey, directly connecting global capital with the opportunities shaping Qatar’s future. Coupled with the Forum’s timely focus on policy, technology, and new projects, this year’s edition is set to be our most impactful yet.”
Under the strategic theme ‘Shaping the Future of Real Estate’, Cityscape Qatar 2025 will welcome over 15,000 visitors and showcase more than 70 developers, reinforcing its position as a premier meeting point for GCC buyers and global investors.
Organisers anticipate robust on-site activity, with transactions forecasted to exceed QAR 400 million.
By bringing together developers, policymakers, and investors, Cityscape Qatar 2025 and the Qatar Real Estate Forum aim to drive sustainable growth, highlight transformative projects, and advance initiatives aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030, cementing the country’s position as a leading regional real estate hub.
