Dubai, UAE - Leading Middle East real estate advisory group and property consultancy, Cavendish Maxwell, has achieved Great Place to Work Certification™ for the second consecutive year, following a significant improvement in employee survey results.

The number of employees who agreed that Cavendish Maxwell is a great place to work increased from 82% in 2025 to 92% in 2026, with employee participation rising from 89% to 94%. In total, 127 of the company’s 135 employees took part.

The results showed improvements across all three key areas measured by Great Place to Work – Trust, Pride and Camaraderie – with the overall average across the Great Place to Work model increasing from 80% to 86%.

Employee pride emerged as a particular strength in the 2026 survey. Some 94% of respondents expressed pride in what they accomplish at Cavendish Maxwell, while 93% said they were proud to tell others they work for the company.

The certification follows another year of investment in employee engagement, wellbeing and professional development. Since achieving its first certification in 2025, Cavendish Maxwell has continued to review employee feedback and introduce initiatives aimed at strengthening its workplace culture and supporting career development.

Among the initiatives introduced in 2026 is a structured in-house Mentoring Programme, connecting employees with experienced senior colleagues to support their professional development, leadership skills and career aspirations. The company has also expanded its leadership and emotional intelligence training and continues to support employees working towards professional qualifications, including RICS accreditation.

Employee recognition and communication remain central to the company’s approach. Its quarterly recognition programme has celebrated approximately 30 employee achievements over the past year, while company-wide Huddles and monthly open-door sessions with senior management provide regular opportunities for employees to connect, celebrate successes, share feedback and contribute ideas.

Jessica Taylor, Group Chief Operating Officer at Cavendish Maxwell, said: “I am particularly pleased to see how much our results have improved over the past 12 months, especially with even more of our people taking part in the survey. Since achieving our first certification, we’ve continued to listen to our employees and make changes based on their feedback, whether that’s greater flexibility, more recognition or opportunities for development. For me, the real value of Great Place to Work isn’t the certification itself. It’s understanding what we’re doing well and, equally importantly, where we can improve. These results are really encouraging, but there is always more we can do, and we’ll continue to use employee feedback to shape our priorities.”

With a team representing 24 nationalities across its regional operations, Cavendish Maxwell also places considerable emphasis on creating an inclusive and connected workplace. Its year-round employee engagement calendar includes health and wellbeing initiatives, cultural celebrations, volunteering and community activities, and team-building events designed to strengthen relationships across departments and offices.

The second consecutive certification reflects the company’s continued commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported and proud to belong, while recognising that maintaining a positive workplace culture requires ongoing investment, feedback and improvement.
