BEYOND launches Middle East’s first Forest District by the Sea in Dubai

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - August 29, 2025 - BEYOND Developments has announced the launch of the Middle East’s first Forest District by the Sea, alongside Talea, the first residential tower that will bring this vision to life.

Located in Dubai Maritime City, this pioneering destination will be a coastal haven rooted in nature, wellness, and sustainability. By championing a nature-first approach, BEYOND Developments aims to support Dubai’s transformation into a global leader in resilient, future-ready urban living, aligned with the Dubai 2040 Master Plan, Net Zero 2050, and the D33 Agenda.

The Forest District will feature 65,000 sq m of community parks, including 55,000 sq m of native woodland. With up to 75% tree canopy coverage and passive cooling strategies, the development will create a cooler microclimate supported by green trails, forest-view fitness spaces, and tranquil gardens designed to encourage mindfulness, wellness, and community connection.

Talea: The First Tower

Marking the first phase of this vision, Talea will showcase flowing architecture inspired by earth and water. The tower will comprise 354 residences, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments to select four-bedroom penthouses. Interiors are designed in natural tones, with expansive glazing that delivers sweeping sea, skyline, and woodland views.

Amenities at Talea echo the forest theme, with shaded pools, treetop walkways, fitness zones, and play areas, all seamlessly linked to the wider Forest District.
