Dubai, UAE – August 1, 2025 - Azizi Developments has announced that construction of Beach Oasis, its premium mixed-use residential project in Dubai Studio City, is now 94% complete, with handover expected in Q3 2025. The development, valued at approximately USD 680 million (AED 2.5 billion), continues to progress on schedule, reinforcing Azizi’s reputation for timely delivery and construction excellence.

Major construction milestones have been achieved, with structural, blockwork, and plastering now 100% complete. Other components are nearing finalization:

Over 1,325 workers are currently active on-site to ensure timely completion with the developer’s signature attention to detail.
