After its launch in Dubai, Akala plans to expand into international markets, targeting additional locations in the Middle East, as well as Europe and Australia. Situated between Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Downtown Dubai, this flagship project aims to redefine luxury living by integrating advanced wellness features into residential and hospitality offerings.
Akala Hotel & Residences comprises two 220-meter towers connected by a shared podium housing state-of-the-art spa, fitness, and clinical wellness facilities. The development includes 534 branded residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to a two-level penthouse known as The Observatory, offering panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa.
Sales for the AED 5 billion ($1.36 billion) project are set to commence on Saturday, May 31, with a two-day event at Dubai’s Museum of the Future.

Following the Dubai launch, Arada plans to expand the Akala concept to international markets, including other Middle Eastern locations, Europe, and Australia.

The 165-home branded residence is under construction, with handover expected in Q2 2030.
