Arada Awards $184.5M Contract for Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah

Dubai, UAE – 24 July 2025 – Leading developer Arada has awarded the USD 184.5 million (AED 678 million ) main construction contract for the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah to China Tiesju Civil Engineering, a subsidiary of China Railway Group CREC.

China Tiesju brings extensive experience from projects across the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. The appointment reflects Arada’s ongoing commitment to on-time delivery and premium quality standards in Dubai’s ultra-luxury residential market.

Design Partnership with Armani and Tadao Ando

Design collaboration for the beachfront development includes Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Pritzker Prize–winning architect Tadao Ando, ensuring a cohesive fusion of minimalistic elegance and architectural innovation.

Boutique Residences with Unmatched Amenities

The development, situated on the iconic Palm, will offer 57 residences featuring panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline. Residents will enjoy access to 90,000 sq ft of amenities, including spa and hammam facilities, beach access, and luxury-interior tailoring options for penthouses and presidential suites.

Each home type, from two- to five-bedroom apartments, penthouses, to two presidential suites, is designed to maximize interior views of the sea and skyline. Presidential suites include internal courtyards with reflective pools, private cinemas, gyms, libraries, and parking lounges accommodating seven cars.
