Abu Dhabi, UAE - September 6, 2025 - Aldar has announced plans to deliver the UAE’s first Tesla Experience Centre on Yas Island, marking a significant milestone for both Tesla and the region’s real estate sector. The state-of-the-art, build-to-suit facility will combine a showroom, service centre, and delivery hall under one roof, providing customers with a fully integrated Tesla experience.
Developed across a leasable area of more than 53,800 square feet (5,000 sqm), the centre is designed to offer an elevated customer experience while optimising operational efficiency. The project reflects Aldar’s growing reputation as the partner of choice for international brands seeking bespoke real estate solutions in the UAE.

The new development underscores Yas Island’s position as one of the UAE’s most strategic locations for global brands while strengthening Tesla’s commitment to the region.
“We are excited to expand our operations in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, with our first purpose-built site,” said Pawel Trzpis, General Manager at Tesla Middle East. “We look forward to welcoming our current and future customers to experience this site upon its public opening. This milestone solidifies our focus and commitment to expanding in the region.”
The Tesla Experience Centre will feature 170 dedicated parking spaces equipped with 20 V4 Tesla Supercharger stalls, supporting the company’s mission to accelerate the global shift toward sustainable energy.
