Dubai, UAE - Al Habtoor Tower has reached another major construction milestone with the installation of its final glass façade panel at Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road.

The milestone moves the large-scale residential project further into its final delivery phase, following the tower’s earlier structural topping-out.

The development comprises 1,740 residential units and is being delivered in coordination with China Railway 18th Bureau Group Dubai.

Al Habtoor Group has previously said: "handover will take place in phases, with more than 1,300 apartments forming the first major delivery tranche."

The façade completion also coincides with a significant safety milestone. Al Habtoor Group said the project has recorded 20 million safe man-hours without a Lost Time Injury.

Al Habtoor Tower forms part of the wider Al Habtoor City development, where residents will have access to three luxury hotels, La Perle, dining and retail venues, entertainment facilities and a medical clinic.

With the external envelope now complete, work is continuing on interiors, amenities and final-stage delivery across the tower.
